Peter Kinchin

Peter Kinchin is the owner and managing director of Insite Realty. With 30 years experience, Peter is a respected and trusted expert in the real estate industry.

Peter is a project marketing specialist in all areas of real estate with a strong understanding of the Sunshine Coast and South East Queensland property market.  He has a hands on approach to business and works closely with his team to achieve outstanding results for his clients. Peter has been instrumental in the success of a number of high profile developments throughout Queensland.

From the very beginning of his career on the Gold Coast, Peter was involved with selling waterfront land through to large residential estates and continuing over the years he has been involved with coordinating developer stock and numerous projects for a variety of clients.  In 1998 Peter then moved to the Sunshine Coast as a Consultant for the Chancellor Park Estate where his career in Project Marketing continued to thrive.  Several years later as his business was continuing to grow Peter decided to purchase Insite Realty in Sippy Downs (formerly known as Chancellor Park Realty).

Today Peter is still very involved in Project Marketing as well as all aspects of his real estate business.  He is also actively involved with the community supporting local schools and charities, he is also among one of the original founding members of the Sippy Downs Community Association.
